Jacqueline Fish is the Co-Founder and Wealth Management Advisor at LifeWorth Financial. She is the primary planner for clients and brings thought leadership to each engagement. Jacqueline started the firm in 2014 with Jennie Derby and believes this career is more of a gift than a job.

Jacqueline grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and moved to Charlotte in 2007. She is married to Jason and they have 2 kids, Mercy (5) and Judah (3). She is an active member at Forest Hill Church, loves annual trips to Mission of Hope in Haiti, and has a passion for local service. Jacqueline begin a partnership with non-profit CommonWealth Charlotte in 2020, giving a grant of $150,000 over 5 years to help start their 2080 Multi Generational Poverty initiative. She also is passionate about the Uptown Farmers Market and The Roof Above.
On my playlist: as a mom of young kids, we listen to a lot of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Disney soundtracks. When alone, I really enjoy books on ‘tape,’ of all kinds. Most impactful read: Love the bible and read it every day. I’m a fan of CS Lewis and John Maxwell, Tim Keller and Nick Murray. This work is also a hobby so I love planning books and case studies.
Advice to younger self: Become a great listener! The world has lots of talkers – being a great listener differentiates and gives a gift to everyone you meet. Super power: I can sleep anywhere, at any time.

Will Bailey is our Chief Operating Officer for LifeWorth Financial helps keep everything flowing within the team to benefit our clients. His previous experience as a CFO and knowledge as a CPA and CFA – bring a unique blend of expertise and vision to the table. Will was a client of LifeWorth prior to staring his current role a two years ago and felt confidence in the planning process.
Will and his wife Angela have 3 kids, Lachlan, Ellie, and Patrick. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America and has been an adult leader for over a decade. Currently, he serves as the Scoutmaster for Troop 39 at Matthews United Methodist Church. Will is an Eagle Scout, and his son, Lachlan is a few steps away from becoming one as well.

Passion & Charitable Service: I am the Scoutmaster for Troop 39 which meets at the Matthews United Methodist Church. In this role, I get the opportunity to coach and guide these young men to be our leaders of tomorrow.
Advice to his younger self:
Spend your life living. Life is an adventure. On their deathbeds, people usually regret the things they DIDN’T do.
Craig has been a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual for 10 years and the LifeWorth Team for 2 years. Craig loves working with people who we can get to know deeply and serve over the long term. He and his wife Maggie have 4 kids, Tracy, Carly, Kathryn and Mary-Helen. Craig is a University of Virginia grad where he played football, going to UVa’s first 2 bowl games. He also has an Executive MBA from the McColl School at Queens University of Charlotte. He holds a Series 6, 63 and life, health and long-term care licenses. Growing up, Craig’s Dad was in the Air Force – their family lived in Texas, Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, and Virginia.

Sydney is the newest member to the LifeWorth Financial Team joining in the later part of 2020. She is a first-generation graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her BSBA in Finance. She relocated from Gaithersburg, MD to Charlotte, NC full time upon graduation. Sydney currently holds her North Carolina life insurance, long-term care and FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 securities registration.

Catherine is our Planning Specialist; she relocated to Charlotte from Greensboro, NC where she spent the past 10 years in the financial industry. Catherine was the Director of Client Services for an independent firm and managed a team that was responsible for more than 400 clients. She has a deep knowledge of planning and process improvement. Catherine received her Bachelor of Science from NC State University where she majored in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Catherine currently holds her North Carolina life insurance, long-term care and FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
She is an active community volunteer and a member of the Junior League. Catherine also enjoys spending her free time cooking, being outdoors, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer is a vital part of our team at Northwestern Mutual. While in the office, she manages all client's from phone to plan creation, through underwriting and plan implementation. She joined Northwestern Mutual in 2010 and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Jennifer can help with your insurance needs and currently holds her North Carolina Life and Long Term Care insurance licenses. Jennifer also facilitates the underwriting process and customer service requests.
While away from work, she is actively involved in her church, many social organizations, and travels frequently to serve around the world. She also enjoys running and spending her free time with friends and family.
